Jamilah’s methods which are simple but effective & efficient are based on best practice gleaned from her extensive working knowledge familiarity through ‘hands on’ usage of quality management systems, information technology & digitisation, successful implementation & auditing of Quality Standards.

Jamilah has extensive audit experience and is a Lexcel Auditor, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (QMS) Standard and Lead Assessor for the Customer Service Excellence Standard. Recognition of her abilities and expertise led to her appointment as a British Standard Institution (BSI) Committee Member at both National & International Committees.
